Land Claim
Land Protection
To keep builds safe and ensure fair play, the server uses GriefPrevention in combination with CoreProtect.
Together, these systems:
Prevent griefing before it happens
Protect player builds and items
Allow staff to investigate and roll back damage if needed
This means your progress is protected both actively and retroactively.
Claiming Land
Land claims are how you protect your builds.
To create a claim:
Hold a Golden Shovel (included in Starter Kit)
Left-click one corner of the area you want to protect
Right-click the opposite corner
Your claim will be outlined so you can clearly see its boundaries.
Claims extend from bedrock to the build height limit, protecting underground and sky builds.
Automatic Protection for New Players
New players receive automatic protection around their first placed chests. This ensures your items are safe even before you manually create a claim.
You can later expand or convert this protection using a Golden Shovel.
What Claims Protect
Inside your claim, other players cannot:
Place or break blocks
Open containers or use crafting stations
Use doors, buttons, levers, or redstone
Damage animals or steal mobs
Trample crops
Cause explosion damage
Move blocks with pistons
Place or break item frames, armor stands, or paintings
Claims cannot be bypassed and cannot be used to trap players.
Trusting Other Players
You control who can interact with your land.
Allow a player to build in your claim
Allow a player to use containers, crafting blocks, and animals
Allow basic interaction only (buttons, levers, beds)
Remove a player’s permissions
View who has access to your claim
Managing Claims
Delete the claim you are standing in
Delete all of your claims
Resize or subdivide claims
Use your Golden Shovel to resize
Use subdivision mode to manage shared areas within a larger claim
List your claim details
Claim Blocks
You earn claim blocks automatically as you play (100 per hour)
Larger builds require more claim blocks
Claim block growth is based on playtime, not idling
Some servers allow converting currency to claim blocks. If enabled, details will be provided in-game.
CoreProtect and Rollbacks
CoreProtect allows staff to:
Identify who placed or broke blocks
Restore damaged areas
Roll back griefing quickly and safely
Players cannot use CoreProtect directly, but it ensures:
No permanent damage from griefers
Fast recovery if something goes wrong
Accountability for rule-breaking
Getting Unstuck or Help
If you become trapped inside a claim:

Claim Rules and Guidelines
Do not claim land you are not actively using
Do not block paths, resources, or other players with claims
Do not use claims to harass or trap players
Inactive or abusive claims may be modified or removed by staff
If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask a staff member.
